Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the ordering of locksmith services through it. By using the site, calling, texting, or submitting the request form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

1. The service

Locksmith Jacksonville ("we", "us") arranges mobile automotive locksmith work in the Jacksonville, Florida area: lockout opening, key cutting and programming, ignition work and related services. Work may be performed by our own technicians or by independent qualified technicians we dispatch. All descriptions, photos and content on the site are for general information and are not a binding offer.

2. Estimates and pricing

Any price named over the phone, by text or on this site is a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed by the technician on site after inspecting the vehicle and the lock, and is agreed with you before the work begins. Once you approve a price and the work is completed, that price is due in full. Quotes do not include parts we do not supply, and complex jobs (damaged locks, missing documents, non-standard hardware) may be declined or re-quoted.

3. Proof of ownership

Locksmith services are provided only to persons lawfully entitled to access the vehicle or property. The technician will ask for government-issued photo ID and reasonable proof of ownership or authorization (registration, insurance card, title, rental agreement or similar) before opening a vehicle or making keys. We refuse service, without liability, when ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed. Presenting false information is grounds for immediate refusal and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Right to refuse service

We may decline or discontinue any job at our discretion, including for safety concerns, suspected unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or inability to verify authorization. In that case you owe nothing for work not performed.

5. Arrival times and availability

Response and arrival times given by phone or on the site are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, workload and other conditions affect them. We are not liable for losses caused by waiting time or delays.

6. Workmanship; risk inherent in lock work

We use non-destructive methods first whenever practical. You acknowledge that locks, ignitions, electronic modules and worn hardware can fail or sustain damage during otherwise proper work, especially hardware that is damaged, corroded or previously tampered with. Where destructive entry is the only option, the technician will explain it and obtain your approval before proceeding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No advice obtained from us creates a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or the site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost time, towing, storage or alternative transportation costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of ownership or authorization, or your unlawful use of the services.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its text, graphics and logos are our property or used with permission and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written consent. Vehicle brand names, when mentioned, belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

11. Third-party links and advertising

The site may link to third-party sites and complies with Google Ads policies where applicable. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. You must be 18 or older to request services through this site.

12. Governing law; venue; class action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to bring or participate in a class or representative action; disputes may be brought only in an individual capacity. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

13. Severability; changes

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
